There's something so beautiful about embracing the self with love, humor, and acceptance. It's empowering and uplifting. A contagious spirit of goodness.This small part of the As I Am session is a favorite of mine and often a challenge for my clients. November Month in Review - It's been a tough one,

November Month in Review - It's been a tough one, but also magical. As we near the end of the year, things always seem to get insanely busy. I've had lots of work, struggled to keep up with self care, and had lots of prep for the holidays. It's been stressful, but I have SO many things to be thankful for!!!✨️I enjoyed a house full of wonderful chaos over the Thanksgiving week. I got to love on family with a huge feast and enjoy lots of time together.✨️I've had some amazing clients this past month that keep me inspired and hosted our first ever Ladies Night Out. It was a huge success, and I'm really looking forward to doing another in the future!✨️I've enjoyed some wonderful and meaningful conversations with both of my girls recently and plenty of fights, too 🤪✨️I celebrated meeting some huge goals I had set for myself at the beginning of the year!So, even though I'm tired... my heart is full❤️ As we go into the final month of the year I'm looking forward to ending the year strong, and so ready for a fresh start in the new year!!
