Houston First Birthday Photographer | Audrey

The wonderment of a child is unmatched by just about anything else. Their sweet nature, endless curiosity, and inherent innocence make even the simplest things fascinating. Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could all see the world through the eyes of a child?

I last saw Audrey when she was a tiny little newborn. I love when I am blessed with the opportunity to see my clients grow! From a sweet and sleepy newborn, to an eager and busy toddler, Audrey was a lot of fun to photograph for her first birthday session. She’s so full of expression that we certainly weren’t short on laughter during the shoot. She was thrilled to ride the rocking horse, dive into her beautiful unicorn cake, and clap her hands with excitement at every turn.

A Sweet Treat

She posed perfectly for her portraits, and looked like she came straight from a Baby Gap casting call. How adorable are her features?! People pay for lashes like that! Each of these sessions include classic portraits as well as a custom styled cake smash. I had a lot of glue gun burns making those clouds but it was totally worth it. Seeing the awe and amazement in the eyes of my tiniest clients, while getting to document their milestones is truly an honor.
